Please update dual manager

In dual app folder in file manager after reinstalling whatsapp app all sub folders are dissappear after some minutes,so please update ASAP

Because due to this issue facing problems

Don't use dual app wahtsapp its always deleting files. This problem never going to solve. If u want 2nd whatsapp use yowhastapp

Yes. It happened with me today on S21 Ultra. I raised issue with Samsung support team through live chat. They told me to uninstall and reinstall the dual whatsapp by taking proper back up, etc. This had solved the issue for few minutes only. Later again, folders related to dual whatsapp were not showing in gallery.

Already have visited to ur Service center n Azaiba and they chk phone & updated software. But still the issue persist.

Kindly provide someother solution ASAP.
