@Samsung_specialist hope #samsung and #whatsapp can resolve the issue at the earliest.Dual messenger is one of the best option available for guys like me who hates to carry one each phone for personal and work use.

1. From front Down of home page, make secure folder visible2.open secure folder from your menu listing and enter the password3. Install the WhatsApp in this folder using the Add symbol on top (+)4.open WhatsApp and add your phone number.
