Why does my Samsung A33 keeps on deleting my contacts? It's almost every week I find my contacts unsaved,I've lost a lot of contacts so far and I can't restore them

Ensure that all of your contacts are selected.
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps. 2. Select Contacts. 3. Select the menuicon in the top left-hand corner. 4. Select All contacts.
This will show all of your accounts linked to your device (such as SIM, Google and Facebook). If there is one account not selected or synced correctly (if certain contacts are linked to an account instead of your device), this may be the reason why some contacts may have disappeared.
