Try doing this,
1. Restart Your Phone
The update didn't optimise, so clean reboot to finish properly.
Hold Power + Volume Down until it restarts.
2. Check SIM Card
Remove and reinsert the SIM card.
Try using the SIM in another phone to confirm if the SIM is okay.
3. Reset Network Settings
Go to: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings
This will reset Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings (no data loss).

It sounds like the update may have caused some software issues on your Galaxy A55. Here are some steps to fix it:

1. Restart Your Phone

Press and hold the Power + Volume Down buttons for about 10 seconds until the phone restarts.

2. Reset Network Settings (For Signal Issue)

Go to Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset Network Settings → Confirm.

This will reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Mobile Network settings.

3. Clear Cache Partition (For Stuck Issues)

Turn off the phone.

Press Power + Volume Up until you see the Samsung logo, then release.

In Recovery Mode, use the Volume buttons to select Wipe Cache Partition and confirm with Power.

Select Reboot System Now after it's done.

4. Safe Mode Test (Check for App Issues)

Restart your phone in Safe Mode (Press and hold Power Off and select Safe Mode).

If the phone works fine, an app is causing issues. Uninstall recent apps.

5. Factory Reset (Last Resort, Backup First!)

Go to Settings → General Management → Reset → Factory Data Reset.

Backup your data first!
