Hi all, I have bought myself an A55 and my son A15. He is unable to sign into google in order to enjoy all features of the phone. Family account option is not available on my phone. How do I go about creating an account for him.

On your phone a55 , Go to ur Phone Settings > Account > Google Account > Add

Select Create an account > For my child.

Follow the prompts to enter your child's name, date of birth, and other details.

Use your email as the parent email for account verification.

Complete the setup process.


Open Family Link and follow the setup instructions to link your son's account. On Your Son’s Phone (A15):Turn on the phone and connect to Wi-Fi.During setup, sign in using the child’s new Google account.You’ll be prompted to enter the parent account details to link the device.
Step 3: Manage Permissions and FeaturesOnce set up, you can:Approve apps your son wants to download.Set screen time limits and monitor activity.
Enable safe browsing and content restrictions.

Hi you can create a Google account for him but make sure on date of birth option you put a year to.make him 18 years or older than that
