Charging Problem

Hey peeps! Having an issue with an A72 of mine. The battery power is draining on the device whenever I have it on charge. 

It's been almost 15 months with the device. It says that is is charging, however, it either goes down or remains at one percentage.

Is anyone else experiencing this & if so, what's a resolution?

Samsung always have charging problems (charging block or battery) im giving up on Samsung. Getting new phone and not Samsung. NEVER AGAIN
