It's this thing on not taking it to professionals, I don't think Samsung will fix a phone that has already been tampered with by foreign source. It's best you take it back to the fixer

Here is how to do it as I have pro knowledgeable experiencetionalizim,
1. Check for software updates – Go to Settings > Software update and see if there’s a pending update.
3. Clear camera app data/cache
Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear cache (and if still not working, try Clear data).
5. Check if it’s hardware – Download a hardware test app (or dial a test code if your phone supports it, e.g., Samsung: *#0*#) and run a camera test.
If it fails → it’s hardware, not settings.
If it works → it could be a software problem.
Note 📝:
⚠️ Since your phone was recently repaired, there’s a high chance the repair guy didn’t reconnect the camera module properly, or it got damaged during the process. Your brother might be right — if you already checked the settings and everything looks fine, it’s not a settings issue.

If you remain stuck, you can try the diagnostic section of this members it will test your camera and if there's a problem with it will reflect....
And also you might want to consider contacting samsung customer support and chatting with an expert https://www.samsung.com/africa_en/support/?cid=sea-alert-redir
Not sure if they work weekends
