My galaxy A 12 camera  is not working. Please help me. It has a black screen  and it  camera failed.

Hi, try resetting your camera settings and see if the issue persists.
Open camera
Go to settings
Scroll down to Reset

If the above does not work

In your Samsung Members app go to
Support > Diagnostics > View tests
Within that, go to Camera.
This will test if there's any issues with your camera sensor

Go to settings/ then go to Applications and choose Camera. Disable camera and restart your phone and it will activate the camera back.

I have tried everything even factory reset. Diagnostic nothing happens when I get to camera test.
