Hi. Why can't I get the camera to take pictures of screen using "show palm"?

Yes did that. Bit it doesn't have the feature palm swipe to capture. Has show palm only

Hi, Ane1234 please follow the steps below.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Camera.
3. Select the Settings icon on the upper left.
4. Select Shooting methods.
5. Tap slider next to "Show palm".

I even tried resetting the camera settings. Switched off the phone completely. Still the 'show palm' does not work
