Camera and torch light do not work

SAMSUNG A6+

When I open the camera I get this error:"You cannot use more than one app that uses the camera at the same time.Camera will close.

I tried reset camera cache and deleted all apps that use the camera,but im not winning

When I switch on the torch i get the error:Cannot open torch because its being used by another app

Please help

Hi Thozlele,
Reset App Preferences, To Do This Go To Settings > Apps > Click On The 3 Dots Top 3 Hand Corner & It Will Be There. It Will Reset Apps Settings To Their Default.
If That Doesn't Work, You'll Have To "Reset The Settings" Of Your Device, To Do That Go To Settings > General Management > Reset & From There Click "Reset Settings", It Will Reset Settings Of Your Phone To Their Default.
Also Update The Software Of Your Device, Your Device Should Be Running Android 10.

Yes thank you,it is running Andriod 10.The solution helped with the torch,but not with the camera

The same thing use to happen to me with my S8. the above solution will definitely sort the issue out, if not I use to just run and kill all the background apps and it helped.

Wow I just did the Genera Management setting option.The torch now works.But the camera only switched on once,its still shows the same error

You can go to your device manager.. in the search bar type device care. then optimize your phone and select the memory icon and hot clear. if all the above fails let me know. might need a screenshot..

Thank you team.This solution works.After resetting using General Management option more than once.The camera suddenly worked,it makes a clicking sound,but at least it's opening.Thank you all

When I take a photo the camera flash light doesn't work but the torch works
