Is Anyone else experiencing lag and a buggy software on thier Galaxy A phone or just me?

what can i do to fix this?

Hi Fridge ,

Please perform a soft reset on your device by pressing and holding the volume down and power button simultaneously for 20 seconds.

I tried that even a hard reset but I'm still having problems

I have tried resting my phone for about 5 times now nothing changes ..Am even afraid to put music on it now because everytime I play music and open any app the phone lags like a 1990 pantium computer. Samsungs user experience is getting worse and worse...this is my last Samsung phone.
