Booting into Safe mode helps to identify or some some 3rd party glitches causing a device to malfunction.
Test in Safe Mode
Boot into Safe Mode to rule out third-party apps interfering:
1. Press and hold the Power button until the Power menu appears.
2. Long press Power Off until the Safe Mode option appears and select it.
3. In Safe Mode, open the desired app. If it works, a third-party app is causing the issue. Identify and uninstall the problematic app.
