Hi, since the last update on 21 Feb 2024 my Samsung A54 5g battery drain very fast even when I'm not using it during the night. My husband experience the same thing. He's got that same phone. It's fully charged when we go to sleep and in the morning it's at 65%. This is happening ever since we updated. I'm from Johannesburg, South Africa.

Is there something we can do to change it so the battery last longer. Thanks

Go to device care and tap battery. Do you see any applications that is using alot of battery in the night?

Can't really see which apps used a lot of battery during the night. My Samsung Internet used 1.9 % this morning when I was on the Internet. That's the highest of the few showing.

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps

My problem is the battery draining very fast. This started after a big system update. It's charging normal, which is fine.
