On my mobile on the prayer time every day Azan sound play please give me any response if anyone phase this problem

May be there is some app which is preinstalled which has azan. Or may be when you or someone else using phone, might have clicked on some ad which is link to install azan app.

Yes, 5 times and No notifications only sound plays

Open app drawer, tap the 3 dots in search bar and select settings. Scroll down the settings and tap on Hide apps on home and app screens. Check if any app is hidden.
