So my phone turned custom routine to restrict most of my apps through Modes and Routines. When it turned off , my apps are still restricted. I have restarted my phone several times, powered it off and on, did a soft reboot, turned my apps off a sleep mode, reset app preferences. Nothing has helped. When I click on an app that is restricted it says "Cannot use app name while custom routine is in use. Nothing I do seems to help.

The modes and routine app is keeping cache data that needs to be cleared, causing routines to remain active even after being turned off

To resolve this, go to settings, access modes and routines app, clear its cache & data

I hope it will be helpful

Some apps require specific permissions to function properly, and if you've denied these permissions, the app might be restricted.

An outdated operating system might have bugs or limitations causing app restrictions.

Check which apps are restricted and adjust the settings to allow access.

Some apps you downloaded my blocking permission to other apps.

Why

Because you allow them to draw over other apps

it likely means you have a "Mode" or "Routine" active on your Samsung phone that is specifically blocking that app; try checking your "Modes and Routines" settings, reviewing any active routines, and potentially deleting or modifying the one causing the restriction
