Hi @iphonw! What exactly happened for you to get locked out of your phone, and what notice are you getting on screen when you try to unlock the phone?

I was trying to unlock my phone using my pattern but it wasn't open it just kept writing incorrect pattern but I was drawing my pattern. They are some words like " they have been to many unsuccessful attempts to open this phone. For security we have permanently locked this phone. Contact sumsung customer service to reset the phone" that's all

Try submiting a ticket to 'sumsung' and explain to them what happened

Open samsung members app, click on Support and scroll down till you see Ask Question(might take a few days to get an answer) or Live Chat. Choose either and consisely write what happened
