When did Samsung Galaxy A7(2018) will get Android 11 Update and UI 3 update? In United Arab Emirates

Galaxy A7 will not receive the Android 11 update. It ends with android 10.

I think A7 will not get any more updates.

I WANT One UI 3 update on my Samsung galaxy A7 with Official camera app.  But I already installed the version of Samsung Galaxy S20 Os with one UI 3 on my phone by using twrp recovery. Remaining Samsung A7 camera app don't have on it.  How can I install it? Any instructions Please....
