My device keep froze and restart by itself while using I try reset factory but still the same

Boot it into unto safe mode and observe if it still behaves the same way......
If it keeps restarting and freezing then it could be a software glitch or hardware related....
Also to note it your device memory is fully loaded to capacity, your device may behave that way
