A Problem after updating to 13

Guys,

I have updated my mobile to android 13

I have started facing a problem with recharging it particularly with the ladt 5% I mean when the battery reaches 94% the speed of the recharging is being slow 

The last 5 % It was taking not more than 2 minutes but after updating to android 13 it takes more than 20 minutes.....

Is this ki d of battery protection?

Now the problem starts from 89%

Please be aware that phones charge slower when closure to 100% battery. This is done to protect the battery of the device. I recommend limiting the battery to 85%, this will provide a longer battery life.
