Hi im using A53 5G phone. Which mobile network is the best to use in South Africa? Between MTN and Vodacom. When it comes to 5G and internet speeds

Im using A53 5G on the Telkom network. I also dont pick up 5g in any area. I want to change to MTN or to Vodacom network
