Hello.. 
My Samsung galaxy A20 is having vibration issues.. it doesn't vibrate even when all vibration things are enabled. Even when it's on vibration it doesn't at all as if it's on mute or something.
Please help..

You'll probably have to take it to a dedicated Samsung repair shop and let them diagnose it. Could be the vibration motor.
