Unplug your TV from the wall socket.

Wait 30 seconds, then plug your TV back in. Should the issue persist,  Please advise if you Can you see this signal input message or not tuned indicator (or a similar message)?

We will book the unit for service and send a technician out to assess the unit. Please note that if the unit is out of the 24 months warranty period there will be a call out fee of +-R770, this excludes labor costs.

Please provide the following details for the booking:
Model number.
Serial number
Purchase date.

Address.
Contact number/s

Please email the details to tellus@samsung.com and Att. Bonolo (also attach the proof of purchase if the TV is in warranty)
