Hi, my q symphony works well except for certain videos on youtube or music on Spotify, it sounds like an echo. What could be the cause?

Hi, DesiganNayager Q-Symphony is only available when you connect the soundbar to the TV using an HDMI cable or an optical cable. You will also need to change the source on your soundbar to D.IN. To do this, press Source on the soundbar’s remote until “D.IN” appears.

Once the soundbar has been connected and D.IN is set, “TV+Soundbar” will appear under the Sound Output menu of the TV. Select the corresponding option. Now Q-Symphony will activate, and you’ll hear amazing surround sound if you still getting echo from the TV and the soundbar deactivate Q-Symphony and try the steps again.

Thanks, like I said - q-symphony works fine on the TV and soundbar. Connected via optical and selected the appropriate option in the sound settings. However, certain videos on youtube and songs on Spotify play with an echo. Not sure why.

Hi DesiganNayager, kindly be advised that this could be the formatting or the quality of a few Spotify and Youtube content that is causing the echoing.

I have the exact same issue and the echo appears on virtually all music played through Spotify app on frame TV.
