How did you claim the loyalty voucher?

You can not claim it, I went through the same thing when pre ordering my S22 Ultra via Telkom. Samsung at the time investigating my request, came back and said that I didn't qualify for it. This year, I somehow got it, and I did everything the same way I did with my S22 Ultra.
