Hey everyone, your friendly Samsung Ambassador here! 

I know many of you are eagerly awaiting the arrival of One UI 7, powered by Android 15, and it's completely understandable that the recent delay might feel a bit frustrating. Trust me, I'm excited for all the new features too! 

However, I wanted to personally reach out and emphasize that this pause in the rollout is a crucial step we're taking to ensure the update we deliver to you is nothing short of excellent.
 
The teams at Samsung discovered a significant bug during the initial stages, one that unfortunately impacted the ability of some users to even unlock their phones. As passionate members of the Samsung family, the last thing we want is for any of you to experience such an issue. 

Therefore, the decision to temporarily halt the global rollout, even for highly anticipated devices like the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Z Fold 6, was made with your best interests at heart. We firmly believe that taking this extra time to thoroughly test and refine the software is the best solution for all of us in the long run. A stable and reliable update will ultimately provide a much smoother and more enjoyable experience. While the wait continues,

 I wanted to share a few things you can do to make the most of this time: 

* Keep an eye on the Samsung Members app: This is your go-to source for official updates on the One UI 7 rollout schedule. Be sure to check the notifications and community forums for the latest news specific to your device and region. 

* Dive deeper into your current One UI experience: Take this opportunity to explore all the features and settings of your current One UI 6.1. You might discover some handy tools or customization options you haven't used before! 

* Connect with fellow Samsung enthusiasts: The Samsung Members community is a fantastic place to share your thoughts, tips, and excitement for One UI 7. Let's keep the conversation going and support each other during this wait. 

* Prepare your device for the update: When the time comes, you'll want the process to be as smooth as possible. Ensure you have sufficient storage space and a good battery charge on your phone.

And you think it matters coz someone like you still using Samsung and criticising you make joke of your self and you will be the one dying to get the ui so your are depressed I understand 👍 keep it up I love to hear more from you so me and my company can get better ideas 💡

Hey Ambassador,
You are simply justifying samsung One UI 7 delay in a very good way 👍. But as customers, we have the right to get treated equally. We have paid a chunk of money to buy the flagships and felt like getting an update is the generosity of Samsung. While many countries or regions enjoy the One UI 7, here we are still waiting for the update and watching others posting about one ui7 in all the social media. As a customer, it's our right to receive the updates on time. We are not beggars. We are choosers. Now it's like we chose samsung over the other availe options is the biggest mistake we all have done. Also, instead of asking us to wait and it will come soon, try to give us a specific date or time. Either give us the update or give a specific time period. Samsung is a global leader in mobile phones. But the update policy is like they are concerned about their home country and EU and the USA. This all started because of the incompetency of Samsung to address their loyal customers with timely software updates and failed to communicate with their loyal customers. Do you think these customers will choose samsung again?

You are right and I agree what u say but what we are at loss we will get the ui eventually yes delay matters and yes someone some where is fixing that as we speak

As a customer, it is my loss that I paid the money and am not getting the updates on time. Someone somewhere is still fixing the things, showing the incompetency of the software updates team. Even after months of beta tests and this and that if they can't release the stable update on time, that clearly shows how incompetent the Samsungs software updates team. We are at a loss because we are not beggars, and we are choosers. Even if am in your place I will also do the same thing to justify the actions of Samsung. I am not asking you to agree to whatever we are saying. But you have to understand that things got really messed up here. Everyone is really frustrated about this update.

Did anyone promise you the date and if anyone did there are ups and down even i am frustrated but after going thru not only uae but whole world we need to understand that we need to wait , insulting and blaming will not solve the issue will it ?? As a enduser we have rights and we will get that 7yrs or 5 yrs update as per our mobile variant .

That's what I am asking to give us a specific date as Samsung is not even courageous to provide any date, no we don't do that here. We will address you when we have time. And moreover, I am not talking from UAE. I am talking from Qatar. Here, the company is insulting its customers by showing a list after the official rollout starts on 7th of April. At the end it's us who is waiting for an updatenor proper communication. Gave us an exact date, and we will wait for it.
