Community GuidelinesI also don’t understand the logic behind how beta programs are rolled out. We’re in the UAE — a major market for flagship Samsung devices — yet we’re never included in the beta testing phase. It doesn’t make sense and feels unfair to loyal users in this region.
Yes, One UI 7 brings some improvements, but it’s not a massive overhaul like what we saw moving from TouchWiz to One UI. So the delays feel even more disappointing when the changes don’t seem groundbreaking.
Right now, it honestly feels like we’re not being treated like premium Samsung customers. The experience is starting to feel similar to using cheaper brands like Tecno or Infinix — and that's not what we expect when we invest in top-tier devices.
We hope Samsung starts treating all markets equally and communicates more transparently moving forward. Loyal users deserve that.
