Hey everyone, your friendly Samsung Ambassador here! 

I know many of you are eagerly awaiting the arrival of One UI 7, powered by Android 15, and it's completely understandable that the recent delay might feel a bit frustrating. Trust me, I'm excited for all the new features too! 

However, I wanted to personally reach out and emphasize that this pause in the rollout is a crucial step we're taking to ensure the update we deliver to you is nothing short of excellent.
 
The teams at Samsung discovered a significant bug during the initial stages, one that unfortunately impacted the ability of some users to even unlock their phones. As passionate members of the Samsung family, the last thing we want is for any of you to experience such an issue. 

Therefore, the decision to temporarily halt the global rollout, even for highly anticipated devices like the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Z Fold 6, was made with your best interests at heart. We firmly believe that taking this extra time to thoroughly test and refine the software is the best solution for all of us in the long run. A stable and reliable update will ultimately provide a much smoother and more enjoyable experience. While the wait continues,

 I wanted to share a few things you can do to make the most of this time: 

* Keep an eye on the Samsung Members app: This is your go-to source for official updates on the One UI 7 rollout schedule. Be sure to check the notifications and community forums for the latest news specific to your device and region. 

* Dive deeper into your current One UI experience: Take this opportunity to explore all the features and settings of your current One UI 6.1. You might discover some handy tools or customization options you haven't used before! 

* Connect with fellow Samsung enthusiasts: The Samsung Members community is a fantastic place to share your thoughts, tips, and excitement for One UI 7. Let's keep the conversation going and support each other during this wait. 

* Prepare your device for the update: When the time comes, you'll want the process to be as smooth as possible. Ensure you have sufficient storage space and a good battery charge on your phone.

Thank you for the update, but honestly, it's really frustrating at this point. We’ve been waiting a long time for One UI 7, and now it just feels like we’re being left in the dark.

I also don’t understand the logic behind how beta programs are rolled out. We’re in the UAE — a major market for flagship Samsung devices — yet we’re never included in the beta testing phase. It doesn’t make sense and feels unfair to loyal users in this region.

Yes, One UI 7 brings some improvements, but it’s not a massive overhaul like what we saw moving from TouchWiz to One UI. So the delays feel even more disappointing when the changes don’t seem groundbreaking.

Right now, it honestly feels like we’re not being treated like premium Samsung customers. The experience is starting to feel similar to using cheaper brands like Tecno or Infinix — and that's not what we expect when we invest in top-tier devices.

We hope Samsung starts treating all markets equally and communicates more transparently moving forward. Loyal users deserve that.

Dear i do understand and I was also frustrated like u all always, why we dont get beta why this what that , but remember there are some policies and procedures to follow i know as s customer we need everything quick on time . But see at the brighter side we will get it once everything is sorted and stable ui is ready hope you all understand

Honestly, we’re just tired now. Samsung’s lack of transparency is frustrating. Just tell us what’s going on. Silence and false hopes only make things worse.

I don't agree with finding bugs after being in labs under testing for that long the delay reason is not matching with expectations from company like samsung specially for devices like ultra , fold and flip which didn't get enhancement to the level or value of these devices

The S24 Ultra will be my last Samsung device.
You promised 7 years of updates, yet there's already a delay with the very first major update — that's unacceptable. As a loyal Samsung fan who’s spent years recommending your products over iPhones to friends and family, this is a huge disappointment. No more excuses for this kind of letdown. Period.
