Hello, In order to open the application, kindly follow below steps: Go to Settings > Apps > SDC 18 > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data. Go to Settings > Apps > SDC 18 > Force stop. In case the above were not sucessful, please delete the app and then re- download it again, or revert to the app provider assist.
