This is old news! There is nothing mentioned as to when UAE region would receive the update.

UAE will receive the update but it's still unknown when. I live in Kuwait and am waiting for the update too, Samsung is making a mistake that it didn't mention at what times the release will occur in each country. I just hope that it will be as soon as possible🙏

There must be a reason why they cannot announce... they were doing well in their announcement for the last 4 years... still i prefer to wait than install my phone with unstable software

It's mentioned in their post that they will start rollout on April 7th. However, everyone will not get the update at the same time. It may vary according to the market.
