Hi everyone 👋. I have a Samsung Galaxy A16 in the UAE. After 6 months use, now it fingerprint sensor is not working properly. I restarted again and again. Can anyone have any solution?

Try these steps:

• Remove the screen protector if you're using one and test again.

• Delete all saved fingerprints and register them again.

• Go to Settings > Software update and install the latest update.

• Run the fingerprint sensor test using Samsung Members > Support > Phone diagnostics.

If it still doesn't work after these steps, it's likely a hardware issue and the phone should be inspected at a Samsung Service Center, especially if it's only 6 months old.
