Assalamu alaikum, I've bought a used note 8 one week ago it was all fine,  but now a small dead pixel appears on its display on it's own (I'll share the picture). Can anyone tell me what to do with that and what's the reason of dead pixel?

Assalamu alaikum, I've received the attached message from 8484, my device note 8 imei appears to be registered with pta because I've checked it on pta application. So what should i do now. Also the imei mentioned in the text is not my imei.Need help.

I've bought used note 8 last week,  everything's fine but the software is not updating (latest Android version is 9.0, and my phone has 8.0), any help is appreciated.
