Why we cant find and use good lock app on galaxy phones in pakistan but when i try to download this app from other sources samsung block its feature. And i also cant find app lock and secure folder in my mobile.why

Hi i have samsung galaxy a05s and i an having issue that my phone drop battery even i cant use it my mobile warrenty cant be expire can i claim this issue plz tell
