Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra9.0 update now rolling up in UAE

I want to ask when will S25 ultra get UI 9.0 update in Dubai / UAE. It seems the update has not yet released in this country yet.

Why is it that the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 BP sensor always showing sensor singal is weak no matter what and how i position the watch on wrist. Please is there any solution or update to fix that because its very annoying

Please can someone tell me when will be the release date for the UI 8.5 for 25 Ultra
