I have  samsung galaxy  buds. 
Is it normal if they lose battery outside  the case considering I'm not using them?

my galaxy buds and case act strange.
The case can be 100% at the beginning of the day, and go to 0 at the end ( it just lies on the table)

If I put buds out of the case ( without connecting them to to the phone or using them) they lose their battery too(
I've got some issues with my previous buds, I came to the service and they changed my buds , but after that I started having issues with the case, so I came back there, they changed case. and the next day i see that((

I see, are you buying official one? I have galaxy buds as well and its working very good (already one month) i charged it like 3 times

yep, official one. I have one year warranty, so I will go to them and try to get new one one more time I guess...
I was using them for a month perfectly, but one moment they start to have problems with sensor. That's how story begins.
it's just really frustrating that I've visited them 3 times and still got the problem , cuz I love Samsung, but these moments make u think other way ahah

strange thing that I was visiting official samsung service but they didn't gave me new one( In the box and so on) they just changed me the buds
