WearablesSamsung Health helps you stay fit and tracks your movements and habits to ensure you have accurate, up to date health information whenever you need it. One way the app lets you keep up with your health is the heart rate monitoring function.
Samsung Health measures your heart rate through the heart rate sensor of the Galaxy Watch. You can measure your heart rate in three different ways:
Please note: The heart rate monitoring function is provided for health management purposes only, not for diagnosis or treatment of diseases.
Measure continuously or Always
The Galaxy Watch automatically records your heart rate during workouts. You can check your heart rate through exercise results.
Every 10 minutes while still or Frequent
Measures your heart rate every 10 minutes when you are still.
Manual measurement only or Never
You can measure your heart rate manually.
If you face any issues , please send us an Error Report by following the steps below:
1. Launch Samsung Members app.
2. Tap on Support, Scroll down the screen and select Error Reports.
3. Choose a Category below.
4. Make Sure That Send System Log Data is selected to help resolve your questions quickly and describe your problem in detail.
5. Change the Frequency to Whichever You Prefer.
6. You Will Get a Response Notification Shortly from Samsung.
To ensure that your logs accurately reflect the issue you're experiencing, please submit your report within 5 minutes of encountering the problem. Our engineers will then investigate and provide you with a solution via the Members app.

WearablesYeah the charts in Samsung Health are terrible. Close to useless. The same goes for the charts in the Fitbit app. I don't even know what the designers of these apps think they're doing with these charts. (I write as someone who produces charts for a living.)
