As-salamu alaykum.
I hope everybody is doing great. I moved to the UAE on March 11th. Since then, my Galaxy Watch 5 has not been tracking sleep and health scores. Other metrics are good, like heart rate, stress, etc. I didn't reset it. Does anybody know a solution?

Please try the following steps:
- Ensure date & time are set to automatic on both watch and phone.
- Check Samsung Health permissions for Sleep and Health Score.
- Sync the watch with the phone via Samsung Health.
- Update software on both devices.
- Restart both watch and phone and test sleep tracking.
If the issue persists, you may run diagnostics in Samsung Members: Support > Diagnostics > Sleep & Health Score.
