Galaxy watch is not tracking sleep and health score.

As-salamu alaykum. 
I hope everybody is doing great. I moved to the UAE on March 11th. Since then, my Galaxy Watch 5 has not been tracking sleep and health scores. Other metrics are good, like heart rate, stress, etc. I didn't reset it. Does anybody know a solution?

Please try the following steps:

  1. Ensure date & time are set to automatic on both watch and phone.
  2. Check Samsung Health permissions for Sleep and Health Score.
  3. Sync the watch with the phone via Samsung Health.
  4. Update software on both devices.
  5. Restart both watch and phone and test sleep tracking.

If the issue persists, you may run diagnostics in Samsung Members: Support > Diagnostics > Sleep & Health Score.
