I bought my Samsung S 24 last year along with Buds 2 Pro. I was using the Buds frequently and then Is tarted to have ear problems, dermatitis in Pinna with some serous discharge. I visited ENT and then Dermatologist because I didn't know what happened. Dermatologist told me that it's may be because of the Ear buds. I stopped using it and then I got better with some creams etc. Last Night I used again the Buds thought that may be it will not happen again and guess what my left ear is again red, itchy and having discharge from skin.

Earbuds can sometimes trap moisture or bacteria, especially if used for long periods. If you haven’t already, I would strongly recommend stopping the use of the earbuds and consulting with your dermatologist or an ENT again, possibly to check for any specific allergy or sensitivity. In the meantime, keeping the area clean, dry, and avoiding further irritation could help. You could also try using hypoallergenic earbud covers or over-ear headphones to see if that works better for you.
