I can't move any pictures or videos to secure folder its showing message "You're already moving items to Secure Folder. Try again later."  How can I solve this issue..

You can do one thing , just restart the phone and try agin. It will works.

This usually happens when secure folder app is set to sleep mode in order to save battery.
You can change that by either going to settings and typing sleeping apps, you will then see the option, or go to device care, then battery, then background usage limit. You can add the secure folder to never sleeping apps. This should solve your issue. Let me know if it works. Screenshot_20230731_054613_Device care.jpg

Hello,

Samsung members app > get help page > error reports section.
Choose one of the categories, and type the issue that you're facing to them, but make sure to send your device's logs.
To send the device logs, please follow the below:
Press and hold Samsung members Icon > Then tap on Error reports > Select category of your report > Make sure that "Send Log Data" is selected to help resolve your inquire > Describe your problem in details > Change the frequency to whatever you prefer > Then send it.
