Gifs not working

I have s23 ultra and the gifs are not working in the gallery app is there any solution

Do you mean Galaxy Store?
It should work but you need to follow the steps. Some gifts need you to buy for example if you want to have 69 days free on Lightroom but you will not be charged till the free days finish

Kindly try to clear cache the gallery app, from the settings > apps> gallery app > storage > clear cache.
