I'm also in the UAE and totally get your frustration. A lot of us with US-unlocked models like the SM-S908U are still stuck on One UI 6.0. Hoping Samsung rolls things out faster for our region soon!
Its difficult to uae add in beta program there are many cons with respective of the tester module and who will risk it all , u and me would love to but others will not go for it
