Before v13 (until last version of v12), the scrolling followed the finger around more accurately than any other browser on android. Starting v13, for small flicks, scroll overshoots by some amount and takes longer to stop than before v13.
I tested on Firefox and Chrome, the screen stops scrolling after small flicks in lesser amount of time as compared to Samsung Internet on both of the browsers. Please compare current versions to any version before v13, like v12 or v11 to see the effect in real time. I would highly suggest that the scrolling mechanism be reverted to the old one, since it was near perfect. This concern can also be seen in some of the playstore reviews starting v13 (can’t find them at the moment).
Samsung browser has very smooth scrolling in their latest version. It's like scrolling on iPhone. I hope they put this kind of scrolling in every corner of one ui.
