My Tab S9 plus has not received any security patches & soft updates since August.

My company account is no longer working fue to that? 

Anyone else facing the same issues?

🙋‍♀️ This is frustrating. I also have a Tab S9+ with the same issue. Customer service told me to wait until they release the update. They also asked me to connect to Smart Switch, but there is still no update available. I have a friend who is using the same unit, but he has already received the 6.0 update. This is unfair. #Samsung, kindly send us the update. It is already the end of this month. We should have received the update since November 2023. It is 2024 now!

I totally agree.. this is too much
Go the device for work and my company blocked the account due to outdated security patch!! On a less than a year old device!!
