Screen Recorder

• I do not have a Screen Recorder icon on my Quick Access panel of my Tab A8 and have followed all the recommendations to add it to the Quick Access panel, but I do not have an Edit button or and Add button on the Quick Access panel. Can someone help me with this?

Some a series tabs dont have screen record some the best thing u can do is install a 3rd party app to screen record from play store.

The tablet says screen recorder is installed on it, but I can't figure out how to open it or get it to the Quick Access screen, so this makes me even more confused.
