TabletsBy purchasing this tablet over my high-end tablet (Another brand), I thought I made the right choice.. unfortunately, I was completely wrong!
Starting with my issues:
- Screen Timeout: I have no idea how decided that the timeout for this device shouldn't exceed 10 minutes! I mean why? I have my own usage & simply this limitation is so disturbing!
- Application lock: One of the main reasons I purchase this tablet over what I already have is that the secure fingerprint. To my surprise, there is NO option to lock the application's access using the fingerprint! Don't tell me to use third-party applications.. this is against the meaning of "Secure"!
- Accessing using the Fingerprint: I confirmed it's good, however, if the tablet isn't in use for a certain duration (over 1 hour) it won't provide the fingerprint accessing & instead will show only the PIN code access!? Why? What's the point of this switch?
I faced few other issues but thought to highlight the main frustrated ones to me. I was planning on selling my other tablet, however, it seems that I'll wait for a fix otherwise I'll sell with a point of no return. This tablet supposed to provide a high-end experience.. which, I haven't reach there yet.

TabletsThe above-listed issues need a patch/update to fix. I have spoken already to the technical guys at Samsung branch & they admit all these issues!
People should control their devices, not the other way around!

TabletsHow will disabling the fingerprint will add any security here?? All my devices (Laptops & mobiles) will keep the option for the fingerprint all the time!
This has nothing to do with the security, definitely a malfunction with the customized OS.
