Cant able to contiue download the software update

I cant able to continue downloading the update after i have paused it so can i get some help to fix it

Device:Samsung galaxy tab A

try to restart your device and check again

restart the device
boot the safe mode ( when you restart and get samsung logo hold vol down)
then when you start you will be on safe mode
try to update in safe mode, if the issue persists the only option maybe factory reset.

notice to remove the safe mode just restart the device and let it boot without doing anything
