Before submitting the device for service, we strongly recommend creating a full backup so your photos, files, and settings remain safe. You can easily back up your data using:
- Samsung Cloud (Settings > Accounts & backup > Samsung Cloud)
- Smart Switch on a computer or another Galaxy device
- Google Drive for photos and files
Once your data is backed up securely, you can take your tablet to the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center for a proper inspection, especially since you mentioned there are cracks that may be affecting performance.
