Regarding the “Insert SIM card” message, kindly restart the device, remove and reinsert the SIM card, then check if the SIM is detected normally outside Secure Folder.

Please also try another SIM card if available, and reset network settings from:
Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings

If the issue continues, please visit the nearest authorized Samsung service center for inspection:
