Please note that data stored within Secure Folder is protected by encryption and security measures designed to safeguard your personal information. If the data was not previously backed up through Samsung Cloud (where supported) or transferred before the screen became unusable, access to the Secure Folder contents may require access to the original device.
If the device is still operational but the screen is damaged, we recommend having the screen inspected or repaired to regain access to the Secure Folder and transfer the data to your new device.
Once access to the original device is restored, you may transfer your data using Smart Switch or export the Secure Folder contents as appropriate.
