Secure folder not working/not opening (Note 9)

Is any having issues with secure folder? I can't even open it with the right password, once i reset password it will open but if i close and reopen it with the same password it doesn't open at all, it shows pin required after restart,everytime i open i have to reset password and Access it,i tried clearing data and cache still no solution, please can any help me out?
