Secure FolderCheck My Files Inside Secure Folder: Open the Secure Folder app, open the My Files app inside the secure space, and look through the internal storage and download paths rather than relying on shortcut galleries.
Check Cloud / OneDrive Trash: If media sync was active before the update, log into your linked Microsoft OneDrive account via browser and check the OneDrive Recycle Bin. According to a report on some people found missing gallery items found batch-deleted files sitting safely in the cloud recycle bin.

Secure FolderWe are sorry to hear that your documents, images, and videos are missing from Secure Folder after the One UI 9 update.
Please check whether the files are available in the My Files app within Secure Folder and verify that you are signed in to the correct Samsung account. If the files are still missing, we recommend contacting Samsung Support for further assistance.
