Samsung's Quick Share, works between compatible Samsung devices. So if you are trying to share something to a device which is not from Samsung, Quick Share won't work. If the 2 devices are Samsung, but the Quick share is not working, Go to Settings & Search for "Reset" & Reset Network Settings. Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache.
